Music invites a spontaneous, joyful
discovery of the self. A compassionate way to get in touch with
the inner you, while connecting to others in the dance of life.
Recently Ilia became a certified Kripalu YogaDance Instructor
and is happy to be offering classes in her home town of Sutton in her Studio!
